Cotswolds Founders Choice High Strength 700ML- This whisky is part of Cotwolds Cask Expression Collection is aged exclusively in our founder Dan's favourite casks: STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) ex-red wine barrique. The casks matured for just over three years before Dan selected the nine that would go into this first ever batch of Founder’s Choice single malt and the casks were then disgorged and bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered and with no added colouring.
